9. Ryan Mallett

Mallett’s 247 Sports profile shows he has a 0.9978 player rating. The quarterback graduated from Texas High School (Texarkana) in the Class of 2007. 

In his high school senior season, Mallett completed 63.6 percent of his passes for 33 touchdowns and 3,353 yards. He received offers from the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida State and Texas. He went on to play at Michigan, but later transferred to Arkansas where he etched his name as one of the best quarterbacks in Razorbacks history.

The New England Patriots drafted Mallett in the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He was out of the NFL by the time he was 29 years old in 2017. The now 34-year-old is the head football coach at White Hall High School in Arkansas.
