1. Caleb Williams, USC

Williams probably didn’t end the season how he would’ve liked to with losses to Utah and Tulane. But after winning the Heisman Trophy, Williams has plenty of reasons to be excited to be back in 2023, especially with Lincoln Riley calling plays. 

Williams finished with 4,537 passing yards, 42 passing TDs and a passer rating of 168.5 (No. 1 in the Pac-12).
