On Wednesday night, the Messiah women’s basketball team earned a 52-41 victory over the York Spartans. The Falcons dominated the first 25 minutes of the game, holding a 36-12 lead midway through the third quarter. York battled back with an 18-5 run across the next 10 minutes, but Messiah was able to hold on for the 11-point victory. Chloe Milanesi and Morgan Adams led the Falcons with 15 points apiece. Adams finished with 11 rebounds for a solid double-double. Milanesi nearly made it two double-doubles for the Falcons on Wednesday night, grabbing nine rebounds and dishing out three assists.
