Tar Heels earn tough road win at Syracuse
North Carolina led for 58 minutes in Tuesday’s 72-68 win over Syracuse. But that final minute of those 58 was a stressful one. After blowing a 10-point lead in the second half, UNC watched Syracuse take a 68-66 lead with just over a minute left as Joe Girard hit a big three-pointer.
