Top 5 offensive coordinator candidates for Miami Hurricanes
4. Scott Frost, former Nebraska head coach
Frost’s tenure with Nebraska was nothing short of disappointing after not being able to top a .500 record in any of his five seasons with the program. Following a perfect 13-0 campaign in his final year as the UCF coach, the Cornhuskers were looking for Frost to bring over his creative scheme that had just helped McKenzie Milton pass for over 4,000 yards. While things wouldn’t turn out that way, Frost still has an impressive resume when it comes to the offensive side of the ball, dating back to his time with the Oregon Ducks as the team’s coordinator from 2013-15. Another chance might just help out both sides as Frost could give the Hurricanes just the kind of experience necessary to handle the job.
