4. Todd Monken, Georgia offensive coordinator

Monken would be an out-of-the-box hire, but the Georgia offensive coordinator is undoubtedly one of the brightest offensive minds in football. After stints as the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2016-18) and Cleveland Browns (2019), Monken returned to the college ranks and was instrumental in the Bulldogs’ back-to-back national titles. Although he was afforded plenty of NFL-caliber talent in Athens, Monken helped guide walk-on quarterback Stetson Bennett to becoming the school’s first Heisman finalist in 30 years. With NFL offensive coordinator experience and the proven ability to get the most out of his players, Monken is, at the very least, worth a look.
