The youngest quarterbacks to win a Super Bowl
6. Joe Montana, 25 years, 227 days
While Montana struggled to lock down the starting quarterback job during his first two seasons in the league, year three would become a completely different story for the San Francisco 49ers legend. As the team raced out to a 13-3 regular season record in 1981, Montana helped steady the ship as he finished second in the NFL for MVP voting. With one of the most dynamic offenses in football, the 49ers quickly handled business against the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. After coming in second to Ken Anderson for the MVP Trophy, Montana and the 49ers would enact their revenge in Super Bowl XVI as Montana picked up his first of four Super Bowl victories with a 26-21 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
