Ranking the 5 biggest deals in NBA trade deadline history

1. Rasheed Wallace to Detroit (2004)
Wallace led the Trail Blazers to the Western Conference finals twice (1999 and 2000) before joining the Detroit Pistons. Wallace was part of a three-team trade that included the Atlanta Hawks and Boston Celtics. Wallace and Mike James landed in Detroit while the Pistons sent Zeljko Rebraca, Bob Sura and a conditional first-round pick to Atlanta. Lindsey Hunter, Chucky Atkins and a first-round pick went to Boston.
Wallace’s addition helped the Pistons capture a title in 2004 and reach the NBA finals again in 2005, where they fell to the San Antonio Spurs in seven games.
