3 potential landing spots for Patrick Kane as deadline looms
Dallas Stars
With one of the most dominant first lines in the league, the Stars’ group of Jason Robertson, Roope Hintz and Joe Pavelski have combined for over 160 points on the year. Their second line on the other hand, led by Mason Marchment, Radek Faksa and Tyler Seguin, have totaled just over 60. With some needed depth at forward, adding Kane could help Dallas even out their top-3 lines as they currently sit atop the Western Conference. The Stars’ current cap position is the only thing that may hinder a possible trade, but depending on how much of Kane’s salary the Blackhawks aim to retain, a deal for the star winger could be just the splash the organization needs heading forward.
