5. Kelly Clark

Clark was one of the best snowboarders on the halfpipe during her career and is still considered one of the best. She was the first woman to hit a 1080 in competition and has appeared in 19 consecutive Winter X Games. In 2002, she won a gold medal at the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, becoming the first American to win gold in snowboarding at the Olympics. She then followed up the gold medal with four more appearances in the Winter Olympics and two bronze medals in 2010 and 2014. When she retired in 2019, she was the most accomplished snowboarder in the history of the sport, with more wins than anyone else.
