H.S. ROUNDUP: Hickory basketball teams, St. Stephens girls win WFAC tourney openers

The Western Foothills 3A Conference (WFAC) basketball tournament started on Monday, with the higher seeds hosting the first-round matchups. The Hickory girls and boys basketball teams were both victorious, while the St. Stephens girls also advanced to the semifinals.
