Satellite and Beachside Impact girls soccer players commit to collegiate play
SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. — I have coached for Beachside Impact (Formerly Satellite Beach Lightning) Soccer Club for almost 30 years and am in my 26th year coaching at Satellite High School.
The ‘04 Beachside Impact Elite Team won the 2021 Florida State Cup and returned to the State Final in 2022 as an ’03 team.
From the roster, 8 girls are currently or are committed to playing soccer at the college level. The 3 class of 2023 beachside residents are included below.
Class of 2022:
Chloe Adams (Satellite High School)- Eastern Florida State College
Audrey Buck (Melbourne High School)- University of Central Florida
Andria Fuentes (Satellite High School)- Eastern Florida State College
Morgan Gamin (Satellite High School)- Eastern Florida State College
Class of 2023:
Lindsay Gill (West Shore)- University of West Florida
Abby Romanisko (Satellite High School)- Greensboro College
Abigail Watson (West Shore)- Washington and Lee University
Bria Weldon (Satellite High School)- Florida Southern College
The Satellite Girls won the District Championship on January 31st 4-0. That is four consecutive District Championships for Bria and Abby. Way to go Lady Scorps!
