Ranking the top 5 landing spots for Kevin Love
2. Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers did well at the trade deadline adding D’Angelo Russell and before that Rui Hachimura. However, with Durant going to Phoenix, the whole Western Conference made moves to improve their rosters and combat the new Suns superteam. Los Angeles still has a shot at the play-in tournament and adding Love would certainly help its playoff run. Since LeBron James has been in Los Angeles, the Lakers have tried to put enough shooters around him. Russell is now the best shooter on the Lakers and Love would be able to compete with that. He, of course, has experience playing with James and could help with the locker room. Love also gives the Lakers, who are already top five in the NBA for rebounding, even more rebounding.
