5. Alex Walsh, RHP, Fontainebleau
Walsh is a current teammate of Spalitta’s and is the top prep pitching prospect in the Bayou State, according to Prep Baseball Report. He has four pitches, but his fastball might be his most devastating, reaching 93 mph. Walsh is a Mississippi State commit and could shoot up draft boards with a successful career in Starkville.
