MIDDLETOWN, CT. – The Wesleyan women’s hockey team was defeated by interstate rival Trinity on Senior Day by a score of 3-1. After a scoreless first period of action, the Bantams scored three unanswered goals over the course of the 2nd and early 3rd period to take a commanding lead heading into the middle parts of the final period. Wesleyan wouldn’t go out quietly, applying pressure throughout the final period that resulted in a goal by Caroline Mezias ’25 to cut the deficit to two.
