PHOENIX (BVM) – Arizona high school baseball is back and there will be plenty of Division I talent on display this spring.

Hamilton enters the season as the state’s top-ranked team (No. 5 nationally) after capturing its eighth state championship under head coach Mike Woods in 2022. The Huskies also boast four of the top 10 seniors in the state, including a top-40 2023 MLB Draft prospect and the Class 6A player of the year.

There were four Arizona high schoolers taken in last year’s MLB draft and this crop of seniors could dwarf that figure. With a handful of future Division I stars all over the state, Arizona is home to some of the most competitive high school baseball in the country.

While it’s hard to narrow a list down to just 10, here are Arizona’s top 10 baseball players in the Class of 2023.
