9. Tommy Meluskey, OF, West Valley

Meluskey is the No. 1 rated outfielder in the Evergreen State. Along with his potential in the outfield, the West Valley standout has the arm strength to pitch at the next level. He showed this by going 6-0, recording an ERA of 0.97 and striking out 67 batters. Meluskey also has talent in the batter’s box posting a batting average of .418 and winning Offensive Player of the Year in the Columbia Basin Big Nine (CBBN). This type of success led him to receive an offer from Oregon, where he will be ready to lead the Ducks back to the CWS for the first time since 1954.
