A native of Ivyland, Pa., Copper has a solid frame that should already suit him at the collegiate level. He has life on his fastball, which he’s pushed up to 91 miles per hour. His changeup is a terror for left-handed batters and can also mix in a sweeping slider.

He’s verbally committed to South Carolina.
