10. Adam Flagler, G, Baylor
Flagler is one of the Big 12’s 10 best scorers, averaging 15.6 points. He was part of the national championship team as a freshman and is now in a leadership role. He’s shooting nearly 42.3% from the field, but his play has picked up as he recorded a 28-point game against TCU on Feb. 11. Scott Drew and the company will need Flagler to keep up his play if they want to make a run at the program’s second national championship in four years.
