The Sooners are having anything but a special season. The team sits at 15-16 (5-13 Big 12), but Sherfield averages 16.1 points and 3.3 assists. He’s also a reliable free throw shooter, shooting 85.6% from the stripe.

Sherfield and the Sooners have handed Alabama and Kansas losses, but arguably the season’s highlight for him came when he sent the Feb. 18 game against Texas into overtime.
