Top 10 Tennessee HS baseball players in Class of 2023
9. Ben Cleaver, LHP, Independence
It’s always intriguing anytime a southpaw has a 6-foot-3 frame to grow into like Cleave. He has a three–pitch mix of a fastball, curveball and changeup that puts him amongst the elite left-handers in the Nashville area. He will be attending the University of Kentucky following his high school career.
‘23 LHP Ben Cleaver (TN) has a clean operation. Gets great extension and works both halves of the plate. Projectable frame at 6-3, 165. FB is sitting 86-90 (T91). #Kentucky commit. @KNIGHTS_BASEBTN #AscendantClassic pic.twitter.com/NQJw7VGlRj
