9. Kaleb Thomas, RHP, Mississauga Tigers High Performance Program
Thomas has already established himself as a trailblazer. He is the first indigenous player to make the Canada Junior National Team as he is a member of the Mohawk Turtle Clan from the Six Nations of the Grand River. The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder has the ability to pitch and play in the field and was named to the Five Tool 2022 All-Summer Team. While in the Dominican Republic for a tour against MLB academy teams in 2022, Thomas pitched 13.1 innings while striking out 10 and allowing only two earned runs. He has committed to Missouri State to continue his baseball career.
