6. Tyner Horn, RHP, Eisenhower High School 

It was rare that opposing teams scored on Horn last season. The righthander had a 0.52 ERA and 63 strikeouts through 40.2 innings of work, earning him first–team all-state honors. With Horn’s help, Eisenhower made it to the KSHSAA Class 5A state tournament before losing a close game in the quarterfinals. Horn is committed to Wichita State.
