2023-03-19 The Halifax Mooseheads had the red light busy on Sunday afternoon in an 8-5 win over the Moncton Wildcats as Jordan Dumais and Josh Lawrence paced the attack with two goals and one assist each. The latest victory improved Halifax’s record to 48-10-4-3, giving the team 103 points to surpass the 2018-19 Mooseheads as the second-best record in franchise history. Only the 2012-13 Memorial Cup Champion squad had more points with 120. The victory at least temporarily puts the Moose back on top in the QMJHL standings ahead of Quebec.
