NEW ORLEANS, LA – Regional Athletes and Coaches of the Year for the 2023 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field season were announced on Friday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), and included a clean sweep on the women’s side of the East Region as Katherine Marsh, Kyria Moore and Head Coach Katie Rees were all recognized.
