The University of Illinois Springfield women’s golf team closed out action at the Findlay Spring Invitational with an eighth place finish in Lexington, Ky. on Tuesday. UIS recorded a score of 955 (322, 314, 319) over three rounds. The tournament was held at the University of Kentucky’s Big Blue golf course which measured 6,048 yards on its par 72 layout.
