Tomcats compete at Carnegie Mellon Invitational

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Thiel College men’s and women’s track teams competed at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational on Saturday. For the women’s team, Hannah Strott (Mogadore, Ohio/Field) (5:21.71) and Hannah Jones (Clarks Mills, Pa./Commodore Perry) (5:33.25) finished 31st and 38th in the women’s 1,500-meter run, respectively. In the women’s 800-meter run, Strott finished 33rd with a time of 2:32.90, while Lillianna Briscoe (Beaver Falls, Pa./Quigley Catholic) finished 39th with a time of 2:39.91.
