Women’s Bowling Goes 2-2 At NAIA Championship
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – The University of Pikeville women’s bowling team competed last weekend in the NAIA championship tournament at Five Star Lanes. The Bears went 2-2 in the event. Savannah College of Art and Design eventually won the tournament, beating Madonna (Mich.) 3-1 in the championship round. The Bears finished the qualifying round seventh in the 12-team field, matching it up with Madonna in the opening round. The Bears had no trouble advancing by a score of 3-0.
