Joe Girard enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots

The Hoosiers showed the basketball world that they are once against a threat to do damage during this past season. With a veteran squad led by head coach Mike Woodson, Indiana enjoyed a first-round NCAA Tournament win before an eventual second-round exit. With many of the team’s experienced players likely on the way out including Trayce Jackson-Davis and Miller Kopp, Woodson could be looking for someone to fill those roles. Even with Jalen Hood-Schifino ready to take the reins of the starting guard spot, Indiana could be in search of a veteran at the position as they await Xavier Johnson’s injury waiver.
