Hill hits 1st homer, Yellowjackets sweep Statesmen

ROCHESTER, N.Y.—Hobart College first-year Johnny Hill hit a two-run homer, but the University of Rochester swept a doubleheader from the Statesmen today. The Yellowjackets took Game 1 11-0 in seven innings and Game 2 9-3 in seven innings. GAME 1 Rochester, which played in the NCAA tournament last season, pounded out 15 hits, including three triples, to take the series opener.
