Records were broken during the 2022-23 Finlandia University women’s hockey season. The had nine NCHA award winners, an NCAA and two NCHA statiscal leaders, four additions with three school records to the record book and an addition to the NCAA record book. Finlandia entered the season with a new coach in charge in Mike Kuruc. The Lions had an experienced squad with 16 returning players.
