Highlanders Fall in Close Match Against Presbyterian
RADFORD, Va. – The Radford men’s tennis program fell in a tough one Tuesday afternoon 6-1 to Presbyterian in a match that was much closer than the final score showed. In doubles play just about all three courts were closely contested. At one point no team had a true advantage with scores of 4-4, 3-4, 4-4 on the three courts. Presbyterian gained the advantage, however, winning courts one and two for the 1-0 lead. Singles play was more of the same in an intense meeting.
