Adam Miller enters transfer portal; Top 5 landing spots
BATON ROUGE, La. (BVM) – Talented LSU guard Adam Miller has reemerged into this year’s transfer portal following his second year in Baton Rouge.
The 6-foot-3 redshirt sophomore concluded his first full season under head coach Matt McMahon following an ACL injury that sidelined him for his opening 2021-22 campaign with the team. Miller was a 31-game starter as a freshman at Illinois before transferring to LSU the following year.

In his past season with the Tigers, Miller started 33 games and averaged 11.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists. Even though Miller shot just 34% from the field and 32% from the 3-point line, the Illinois native still paced the team’s guards in scoring, trailing only K.J. Williams as the team’s leading scorer.
The former four-star recruit opted to stay in his home state coming out of high school, committing to play for Brad Underwood at Illinois. Miller enjoyed a freshman season that included a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, where he averaged 8.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 0.8 assists.
With Miller looking for a potential change of scenery, here’s five schools that may be on the guard’s radar.
