Jasmine Leovao Places In Top 10 As Women’s Golf Finishes Silicon Valley Showcase

MILLBRAE, Calif. – Long Beach State held on to their position in the final day of the Silicon Valley Showcase, placing in fifth overall as a team as Jasmine Leovao and Hannah Ko led the way individually for the Beach, both placing in the Top 20 in the final competition for women’s golf prior to the Big West Championship. As a team, the Beach shot a 301 on the day, the third-best score in the field behind co-champions No. 1 Stanford and No. 25 Pepperdine.
