Detroit Lions mock draft 2023: Pick-by-pick predictions

No. 55, Round 2 (from MIN): Luke Musgrave, TE, Oregon State
The Lions relied on Brock Wright for the rest of 2022 after dealing T.J. Hockenson to the Minnesota Vikings and looking ahead to April, they may select another pass-catching option in Musgrave. He played in just two games last season after suffering a left knee injury but opened up the season with six receptions for 89 yards and one touchdown against Boise State and was on the Mackey Award watch list.
Keep an eye on #OregonState TE Luke Musgrave. Measured at 6-6, 253 with a 36-inch vert.
Can really run seams (4.61 speed), likes to block, natural hand-catcher as well.
