— National Football Foundation news release — Irving, Texas – The 2022 Tommie Football squad was represented by 15 senior players on this year’s Hampshire Award academic list presented by the National Football Foundation. More than 1,700 college seniors from 328 universities and colleges were recognized among the 2022-23 graduating seniors. St. Thomas’ total of 15 honorees for this year ranks the Purple tied for fourth most among FBS or FCS programs.
