WLU Women Lose Battle of Regionally-Ranked Squads
INDIANA, Pa. – Nationally-ranked Indiana (Pa.) handed the West Liberty University women’s tennis team a 6-1 setback here Sunday in a showdown between two of the top four teams in the Atlantic Region. The host Crimson Hawks (11-9), who came into the match ranked No. 41 nationally and No. 2 in the Atlantic Region, took control early by sweeping all three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead into singles play.
