CCNY Falls to Hunter in CUNYAC Semifinals

New York, NY – The CCNY men’s volleyball team’s championship aspirations ended on Thursday, as the Beavers fell to Hunter College in straight sets (25-17, 25-17, 25-12) in the semifinals of the 2023 CUNY Athletic Conference Championships. Junior Jeffrey Celis led the Beavers with a team-high eight kills and four digs. Freshman Ricky Li finished with four kills. Sophomore Edwin Fierros Gaytan and freshman Angel Gabriel Chabla each tallied a team-high six digs.
