Los Angeles Chargers mock draft 2023: Pick-by-pick predictions
No. 54, Round 2: Tuli Tuipulotu, EDGE, USC
After passing up on a pass rusher in the first round, the Chargers snag one here with a local product in Tuipulotu. Perhaps Tuipulotu’s greatest asset coming into the draft is his versatility, as he can play on the edge, but also inside as more of a run stopper if needed. The 6-foot-4, 270-pound standout proved that during his three seasons at USC, but it was last fall that helped raise his draft stock as he racked up 13.5 sacks for the Trojans. Tuipulotu would be a really intriguing fit alongside the likes of Khalil Mack and Joey Bosa.
