Chido Chimbetete & Taylor Frierson Recieve All-Conference Honors

The SIAC released it’s -2023 all conference selections Saturday April 15th. For the first time in over 5 seasons there was more than one LOC player selected to the team. Natalya Ogunwale of Albany State was named the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Women’s Tennis Player of the Year and headlines the 2023 All-SIAC Team. Albany State’s head coach Jo Ann Matthews was named 2023 SIAC Coach of the Year. While Valerie Essome of Benedict earned this year’s Freshman of the Year honors.
