Dalvin Cook on the move?; Top 5 landing spots for Vikings RB
4. Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers probably didn’t expect themselves to be in the market for a running back already this offseason, but with Austin Ekeler requesting a trade, they may have to begin looking for a replacement. There’s no doubt Ekeler and Cook have very different styles, but adding a four-time Pro Bowl back may be as good as it gets for a Los Angeles offensive looking to remain explosive in 2023. If the Chargers do move on from Ekeler, they still have Joshua Kelley, Isaiah Spiller, Larry Rountree III and whoever they may add in the draft. However, none of those names have proven themselves when given an opportunity thus far, meaning Cook would likely slot into a workhorse role in a high-octane offense led by Justin Herbert and new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.
