McMillan Tags Third Homer, Radford Falls at Virginia Tech
BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Radford softball program fell against a strong Virginia Tech foe Tuesday afternoon in a 12-1 final score. The game got off to an electric start for the Highlanders, as sophomore Cori McMillan tagged her third home run of the season to dead center. The homer put the Highlanders up 1-0 early in the contest. The Hokies potent offense retook the lead in the bottom of the first, and would pull ahead for the eventual victory in the fifth inning.
