Jordan Hudson enters transfer portal; Top 5 landing spots
FORT WORTH, Texas (BVM) – A national championship run just a season ago isn’t stopping some early roster turnover for TCU after wide receiver Jordan Hudson became the most recent Horned Frog to enter the transfer portal.
Hudson, a former four-star recruit, was one of the top wide receivers coming out of high school in Texas and headlined the Horned Frogs’ 2022 recruiting class as the only player in the top 100. Hudson originally committed to play at SMU before later switching to TCU, following the move of head coach Sonny Dykes.

In his freshman year with the Horned Frogs, Hudson secured 12 catches for 140 yards in the regular season, before adding two receptions for 34 yards in the team’s Fiesta Bowl win over Michigan.
Given his ties to the Texas area, many of the schools that once recruited the Garland product will likely find themselves back in contention for the standout wide receiver. Here are five potential landing spots for the TCU transfer.
