Top 10 biggest Houston Texans NFL draft busts of all time

5. Charles Spencer, G, Pittsburgh (2006, No. 65 overall)
Realizing that they needed more protection for Carr, the Texans drafted Spencer, and it looked like he may have a great career after winning a starting job out of training camp. However, Spencer suffered a broken leg two games into the 2006 season, and due to his injury, he was forced to miss all of 2007, and before 2008, Houston released him.
Spencer had short stints with the Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars but never played another down in the NFL following 2006.
