Track & Field Sees Three More School Records Fall
WASHINGTON – GW outdoor track set two new sprint school records as well as a long-distance mark over the weekend in the Virginia Challenge and the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational. Thomas Sand opened the weekend with a new school-best mark in the 10000m at the Virginia Challenge on Friday. The graduate student placed 10th in a time of 30:08.96, beating the previous mark of Andrew Weber that had stood for four years by 52 seconds.
