Softball Splits Sunday’s Doubleheader against St. Bonaventure

WASHINGTON – GW softball wrapped up the series against St. Bonaventure on Sunday, splitting Sunday’s Senior Day doubleheader on The Vern. The Buff and Blue won the opener, 8-1, before falling in game two, 4-2. GW 8, St. Bonaventure 1 Lockdown pitching from GW ace Rose Cano and a five-run sixth inning lifted GW over the Bonnies, 8-1, in the second game of the series on Sunday.
