McGlinchey Steps Down as Head Football Coach

LIBERTY, Mo. – After three seasons at the helm of the William Jewell College football program, Mike McGlinchey has stepped down to take a position on the staff at Division I University of San Diego. Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator Neil Linhart has been named interim head coach.   McGlinchey will join the staff at San Diego under the recently hired Brandon Moore, with whom he worked during his time at Colorado School of Mines.  “Coach McGlinchey came to Jewell and made a significant impact on the trajectory of this program over the last three years,” said Director of Athletics Tom Eisenhauer.…
