Alex Phillip wins second USTFCCCA National Male Athlete of the Week
University Heights, OH- National Champion Alex Phillip continues to rack up awards. Earlier today, the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced their national DIII male and female athletes of the week, with Phillip garnering the male honor. At the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford University, Phillip destroyed the NCAA DIII 10k record by seven seconds, posting a 28:31.60 time, coming in third place, finishing behind two Division I runners.
