Women’s Lacrosse Picks up Four Major Awards and 10 All-GLVC Selections

Indianapolis – The No. 11 Maryville women’s lacrosse team picked up four major postseason awards and had 10 All-Conference selections as announced Friday by the Great Lakes Valley Conference prior to the start of the 2023 GLVC Tournament. Sydney Tiemann was voted Attacker of the Year, Ronnie Skorcz named the Defender of the Year, Helen Bae was selected Freshman of the Year and Melissa Gyllenborg earned Coach of the Year honors. Skorcz and Tiemann were also first-team All-GLVC selections. Bae, Jessie Hynes, Skyler Jolie, and Tiemann as Draw Specialist garnered All-GLVC second team recognition.
