Women’s Tennis Advances to PL Semifinals with 4-0 Victory over Colgate

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Bucknell women’s tennis team pulled off a clean 4-0 sweep over Colgate in the quarterfinal round of the Patriot League Tournament Friday morning and will advance to Saturday’s semifinals. Bucknell clinched the doubles point, and three earned singles wins during the victory. Whitney King, Anna Lajos and Abby Platt were all winners in singles, and each won in two sets. Meanwhile, Tyne Miller, Kate Novak and Caroline Marcus were all in the middle of their singles matches before the contest was clinched.
